We have a family room, which sleeps four, and a double/twin room. Both rooms have ensuite showers, tea and coffee making facilities, and are located on the ground floor. Our comfortable residents' lounge has a log fire, TV and books for the enjoyment of our guests. Dine in our sunny conservatory, where a full Scottish breakfast or lighter Continental alternative is served at your convenience. Included with your breakfast is freshly brewed coffee or tea, home-made jam and marmalade, and a view out to our front garden. 2005 rates for bed and breakfast £20 per person per night.
